$78,000.00-$144,000.00 commission/year
Responsibilities
- Oversee the acquisition and management of used vehicle inventory, ensuring they are properly priced and displayed
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Ensure all sales practices adhere to legal standards and company policies, including proper documentation and disclosures
- Recruit, train, and help manage the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience
- In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, market trends and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiar with dealership management systems and other relevant software
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Quality customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
