Full Time Competitive pay $25.00-$38.00 D.O.E. per flat rate hour | Great Benefits

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

🚗 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspecting used cars to make sure they’re up to standard
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or electrical issues
- Handling basic maintenance — oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.
- Keeping repair notes clean and clear
- Flagging any other issues that need to be resolved
- Making sure every car you touch is safe, solid, and ready to sell
What We’re Looking For:
- A couple of years of experience working on cars (used cars = a big plus)
- ASE certifications? Even better (but not required)
- Someone who can figure things out and get the job done right
- Team player with a good attitude
- Clean driver’s license
