Role Description
As Marketing Operations & Content Strategist, you will help drive the next phase of our firm’s growth. You will help shape and execute our marketing strategy across multiple verticals, with responsibility for content creation, digital presence, community engagement, and internal coordination. You’ll work closely with firm leadership, be trusted with real responsibility, and have visibility across the organization. The right person will start with the responsibilities below—and expand the role as their impact grows. This is an in-office position, 8-5, Monday through Friday.
Content & Brand Storytelling
- Identify, develop, and execute content across social media, email marketing, newsletters, video, and other platforms
- Find the stories worth telling—inside the firm, in the community, and through our partners—and turn them into compelling content
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the firm’s voice, values, and growth goals
Growth, Search & Digital Presence
- Help the firm adapt to AI-driven search, discovery, and content distribution, ensuring the firm remains visible and competitive where prospective clients are actually looking
- Maintain and strengthen the firm’s presence across key external platforms, directories, and digital ecosystems
- Assist in evaluating and implementing marketing tools, platforms, and workflows
Partner-Facing & Executive-Adjacent Support
- Work with the rest of the marketing team in providing operational and scheduling support for firm partners, including coordination of travel, appearances, and key commitments
- Act as a trusted point of coordination between partners, marketing initiatives, and external relationships
- Anticipate needs, keep priorities moving, and ensure follow-through on high-visibility initiatives
Community, Charity & Events
- Manage and grow the firm’s charitable initiatives and nonprofit partnerships
- Maintain relationships with community partners and help identify new opportunities for engagement
- Assist with planning and executing multiple firm-hosted events each year, from concept through execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, operations, or a related role
- Experience creating or managing content across digital platforms
- Comfort working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools/platforms is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is helpful but not required
- Experiences in Adobe Creative Suite a plus Detail oriented and forward thinker Social Media brand experience in Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
