We are looking for a Maintenance worker to perform upkeep on our laundromat & carwash. Included but not limited to tasks such as minor repairs on washers, dryers and carwash as needed, daily cleaning of parking lot, carwash bays, scoop mud from carwash bays, empty garbage cans, and overall landscape. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and ensure outside facilities and carwash bays are clean and functional.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as vacuuming parking lot, sweeping/spraying out carwash bays, clean and empty outdoor vacuums, empty outdoor garbage cans etc.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, trouble shooting and repairing washers, dryers, repairs of manual and auto carwash etc.
- Fill carwash soaps, oil and grease machines.
- Lawn/flower bed, weeding, mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Repair equipment (e.g. carwash, laundromat washers/dryers)
- Collaborate with other workers to see if repairs are needed.
Skills
- Mechanical experience
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift heavy items such as soap containers and large filled trash bags
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
