What will you do?
- Repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Addressing guest service requests

- Handling trash collection in public areas
- Completing a wood delivery to guest cabins daily
- Operates motor vehicle as necessary
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in general maintenance and repair required
- Previous experience with fire and boiler heat systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Requires technical skills and a customer-focused approach
Physical requirements
- Physical stamina for frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
