Rainmakers Strategic Solutions is looking for an Operations Content Coordinator to join our team. This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for reviewing and updating public healthcare related assessments, manuals and guides developed for healthcare providers, implementing changes that healthcare providers and other stakeholders have requested to remove or revise outdated content.The successful candidate will be fully proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel, and possess strong analytical skills that enable them to evaluate whether a requested change in one area of a particular document drives additional changes elsewhere in the document or among other impacted documents.Responsibilities: Review and research changes as proposed by healthcare providers and other stakeholders as identified during internal and external review cyclesAssist in developing training materials and other training related tasksAssist in client Help Desk activitiesPerform administrative and other tasks as needed to coordinate and collaborateEnsure quality, error-free productsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements: Bachelor's degree is preferredStrong verbal and written communications skillsA minimum of 2 years of analytic, writing and editing experienceExpertise in Plain Language conceptsMDS or other post-acute care assessment experience preferredExperienced in document management and SharePoint maintenanceKnowledge of medical terminology is strongly desiredExperience working with healthcare documents preferredKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and post-acute care desiredExperience working in a client service roleAbout Rainmakers Strategic Solutions:Rainmakers Strategic Solutions, a fast-growing woman-owned small business, provides management consulting services for federal government clients.
