Logistics Operations - Driver

Rainmaker is pioneering a modern cloud seeding system to solve water scarcity and inclement weather problems. We develop and incorporate radar validation, weather-resistant UAS, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable cloud seeds into an effective precipitation enhancement solution.

Rainmaker is looking for a motivated accountable individual to serve as a critical connection point between Support Operations, Engineering, Research, and Operations.

• Three to Five multi-day trips per month to and from Utah, Oregon and Los Angeles. 
• Operate company owned vehicles for local, regional, and interstate deliveries.
• Transport equipment, parts, and vehicle systems safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams on delivery timelines.
• Routine engagements with vendors and service providers contracted by Rainmaker. 

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel regionally and interstate as needed.
• Experience driving vans, trucks, or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and shop equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and self motivated.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
