What You’ll Do
- Support daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed
- Supervise Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure brand standards are met
- Deliver and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members
- Help manage labor, expenses, and overall hotel profitability
- Review and support financial reporting with the General Manager
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Maintain compliance with Hilton and company policies and procedures
- Lead by example—creating a positive, team-focused environment
- Assist with front desk operations, including oversell management and guest issues
- Be visible during peak hours, engaging with guests and supporting the team
- Previous hotel supervisory experience required (Hilton experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic financial knowledge (P&L, labor, cost control)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Windows systems
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must maintain a professional appearance in line with brand standards
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Certifications may be required (Food Safety, Alcohol Awareness, CPR/First Aid)
