Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide efficient, courteous check-in and check-out service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts with accuracy
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, working toward resolution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local area attractions
- Previous customer service experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
