SUMMARY
The Account Executive at Raining Rose Promos supports an amazing customer experience through acting as an energetic, knowledgeable resource to fuel growth for our top accounts. This resource is responsible for retaining and growing a book of business that contains our largest and highest potential accounts. The ideal candidate understands how to initiate relationships and grow influence in small and complex sales settings and drive those relationships into closed business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship and Evolve).
- Learn about and be able to recall details about our products, product ingredients, brand, company, and sales applications.
- Be able to clearly articulate why our customers should use our products and work with us.
- Proactively reach out each day to create new introductions, share resources with customers, and uncover opportunities for new partnerships in their top industries and with their top customers.
- On a monthly-quarterly basis (depending on the account) – secure and conduct virtual meetings to do any of the following:
- Present to sales teams on trends, product benefits, or industry applications.
- Conduct discovery interviews to uncover information that helps us sell larger and re-occurring projects to their customers.
- Meet with their vendor relations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Meet with their support teams in marketing, compliance and/or IT to see where we can provide greater value in our services.
- Work independently to create sales presentations, information spreadsheets, and other support materials to support account outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete virtuals and mockups (with detailed instructions) and submit sample requests.
- Use discretion to involve marketing in high-impact activities to drive sales conversions.
- Work through relationship-impacting issues with customers that leave all parties in good standing.
- Complete quotes for business and use good judgement on how to apply discounts and concessions.
- As needed to accomplish growth goals, travel is required to meet with customers or interact with targets at industry events.
- Complete actions and notes in CRM to keep good records of customer activity.
- Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies.
- Firm understanding and compliance with company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices.
- Regular Attendance.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s degree in a relatable field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales with a proven track record of maintaining and growing a book of business.
- Experience with ERP software and HubSpot preferred.
- Knowledge of functional business processes preferred.
