Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, agile, and extremely accurate Warehouse Picker to join our distribution team in Fort Pierce. In this role, you will pick grocery and store items for supermarket orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to punctuality and precision. Youmust be able to work efficiently until all daily orders are completed.
Responsibilities
- Accurately read pick tickets and select the correct grocery products from warehouse shelves
- Pack, and stage orders for delivery to major supermarkets across Florida
- Ensure every order is picked with extreme precision to avoid errors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment until the day’s orders are 100% complete
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Shift & Schedule:
Start Time: 2:00 PM (work until all orders are completed – no fixed end time)
Days: Sunday through Friday
Requirements
- Agile and physically fit – able to move quickly, stand, bend, lift, and walk for the entire shift
- Extremely accurate with strong attention to detail (precision is critical when supplying supermarkets)
- Highly punctual and reliable – must arrive on time for every shift
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or grocery experience is a plus, but we will train the right motivated candidate
Pay: $18.00 per hour
