What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Aide position at Rainbow Learning Academy (RLA)?
RLA a Christian preschool is hiring an aide for its program. Candidates must be patient, dependable, caring and responsive to the needs of the infants and children. Position will work part time in the kitchen and part time in the classrooms. Please be prepared to share about your faith during interview. Position is full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. RLA will pay for additional ECE classes and training for qualified staff. This position pays $15.00 per hour to start. RLA offers career advancement opportunities to dedicated and committed staff members. We also offer paid time-off (start accumulating immediately), paid holidays (14 per year after 90 days) and paid intercession breaks .
