Job description
SLS Case Coordinator / Program Supervisor to provide case management, service and support to individuals involved in the Supported Living Services Program, as well as promote the growth of this program through the addition of new cases and increase of service hours. **Local Applicants**

7. Active listening, interpretation, perceptiveness, insight and recognition of body language.
Case Coordinators provide supervisory support to clients with developmental and physical disabilities who are registered with the California Regional Center system. Duties include advocacy, assessment, and training. Projecting a professional company image through in‐person and phone interaction is essential. Must be willing to be on-call to assist staffers with cases in emergencies. Supervisory visits to cases are required, travel is reimbursed.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate services for clients with developmental, behavioral and physical disabilities.
2. Serve as an advocate and liaison on behalf of clients.
3. Conduct assessments of client situations.
4. Oversee the quality of service delivery and make changes as recommended.
5. Conduct training according to program plan to promote and maintain an independent lifestyle.
6. Write and respond to ongoing status and follow‐up reports and attend monthly and annual progress meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Two (2) years work experience in behavioral, human services or health service industries.
2. Experience in working with special needs populations.
3. Associates degree in psychology, therapy or a qualified equivalent (certificate program) in mental or physical health careers.
4. Experience in training delivery.
5. Daily access to reliable vehicle and ability to drive to consumer locations.
6. Ability to write and speak English professionally and excellent verbal and written skills.
7. Demonstrated proficiency in MS office programs as well as internet use.
8. Open availability to work full-time and a flexible schedule.
9. All individuals must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Also must pass a drug test and TB test.
Requires reliable transportation and be willing to travel to serve families throughout the entire Orange County area (North, Central, and South Orange County).
