Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and surrounding workspace.
- Assist customers with laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Utilize basic math skills to manage cash register operations and provide change to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or dry cleaning environments is preferred.
