Duties
- Receive garments from customers, accurately record items, and process transactions with friendly professionalism
- Operate dry cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to clean, press, and finish clothing items to high standards
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, or missing buttons; communicate with customers about special instructions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including laundry stations and customer service counters
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering garment care advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Restock supplies and organize work areas to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
