What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician I position at Rain Rock Casino?
Summary:
Responsible for preventative maintenance and minor repair of slot machines.
Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance on all Slot Machines in accordance with developmental policies and procedures.
Maintain communication and cooperation with all departments.
Adhere to departmental and casino policy and procedures.
Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.
Maintain sign lighting and graphics.
Ensure all slot machines are secure.
Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Shall be polite and maintain a priority system in accepting other position related job duties as assigned by management.
WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
1. Will work with solvents and cleaners on a regular basis.
2. Will work around and with high voltage electricity regularly.
3. Frequently work in close tight quarters.
4. Will be working in a smoke-filled environment.
5. Have ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
6. Must have mechanical and electronical aptitude.
7. Must possess the ability to lift at least 150 pounds with assistance.
8. Must be able to stand for 100% of the job time.
