PT Tour Operations Host, Allegiant Stadium

The Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium are seeking a talented, passionate, and professional individual to join the Allegiant Stadium Tour Operations team. The Tour Operations Host, Allegiant Stadium (“Host”) is a knowledgeable performer who is eager to share Raiders stories and information.  The Host is responsible for educating, hosting, and leading the overall experience of (up to 25) guests on Allegiant Stadium Guided Tours.  The Host will have additional responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, selling tickets/booking tours, welcoming visitors upon arrival, organizing tour groups prior to launch, and providing guests with additional information and support before, during and after Allegiant Stadium Guided Tours.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide a consistent level of premium service and promotion of Raiders fandom 
• Share the story of the Raiders through informative facts, engaging content, open discussions, and world-class storytelling 
• Escort tour guests around Allegiant Stadium, following a predetermined itinerary
• Confidently speak in front of large visitor groups, describe points of interest, and respond to questions
• Aid in the build out and development of a first-class attractions business 
• Politely welcome all arriving visitors and manage queuing until their tour guide arrives to begin the experience
• Monitor visitors' activities to ensure compliance with establishment or tour regulations, safety practices and designated areas 
• Provide guests with accurate information about the Stadium Tour Experience, packages, and pricing while promoting Raiders fandom
• Quickly and discreetly adjust to daily stadium, tour route, material, supply, software, and technology malfunctions and changes
• Sell tickets, process payments, and make reservations for Allegiant Stadium Tours
• Exercise proper register operations as outlined, demonstrated, and discussed during training 
• Ensure ticketing, check-in, dispatch processes, and guided tours maintain an acceptable pace and are on-time 
• Participate in on-going Host training and development provided by the leadership team
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive, productive culture while also leading by example 
• Support and offer contributions to management regarding strategy and initiatives 
• Provide prompt, accurate and professional customer service to all guests in alignment with the overall Allegiant Stadium hospitality program
• Adjust itinerary to accommodate needs of tour participants regarding restroom breaks and hydration needs; advise the Supervisor if further accommodations may need to be made to meet the needs of the tour group
• Ensure assistance for guests with special requirements or ADA needs 
• Summon maintenance and security support as necessary 
• Maintain working knowledge of the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium Tour program and ticketed event programming 
• Monitor ingress to ensure guests do not enter with prohibited items 
• Validate all visitor check-ins, collect tickets and/or close reservations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws 
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the management team
• Build relationships to promote repeat business opportunities 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Experience as a tour guide, public speaker, actor/performer, or salesperson preferred
• Ability to memorize and recite scripts, information, and stories 
• Ability to quickly build rapport with tour group members

• Must be available to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional environments including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Enthusiasm for and thorough knowledge of the Raiders and the sport of football

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Quickly learns new information
• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Terrific attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team

• Alert, confident, outgoing, friendly, helpful, and able to easily engage with people
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage multiple work demands, and adjust to delays, interruptions, and unexpected events
• Ability to maintain high levels of friendliness, productivity, and effectiveness under pressure 
• Organized, with excellent attention to detail
• Welcomes opportunities to improve and develop professional skill set 
• Basic computer skills required
• Punctual and reliable
• Fluency in a second language a plus (Preferably - Mandarin/Spanish) 

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, and stair climbing 
• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Working in all types of weather conditions
