Summary of Responsibilities
- Greet incoming guests and clients.
· Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate attorney; take accurate phone messages.
Assist the attorneys with work related to closing real estate transactions.
- Type, proofread, print, and scan documents.
- Retrieve, maintain, and close client files.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Bill preparation and other data entry tasks.
- Other similar duties.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of secretarial experience preferred; real estate and litigation experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Corel Word Perfect is a plus.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Part time: 32 Hours
- Full time: 40 Hours
Pay
- From $25 per hour commensurate with experience and subject to desired benefits.
