Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a flat rate technician
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology
- Toyota/Lexus experience
- Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment
Responsibilities:
- Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned by the service advisor
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
- Communicating with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety and quality standards
