Your Mission
As our F&I Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. You’ll guide customers through financing and protection options with transparency, confidence, and care—creating lasting relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, compliant, and customer-focused financing solutions
- Present and sell F&I products that genuinely meet customer needs
- Maintain efficient, accurate, and timely paperwork and funding
- Stay current with lender programs, compliance standards, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and management
- Analyze performance and continuously improve results
- Mentor and support the sales team through the finance process
