We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is seeking a Business Development Admin who is interested in working for an exciting civil construction company with great advancement opportunities. Our Dallas / Fort Worth Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.
The Business Development Admin at Ragle will be a part of the estimating/pre-construction team that will help with compiling and submitting bid proposals as well as other estimating responsibilities and needs.
Duties:
- Complete organizational and management tasks that support the productivity and growth of an entire organization and its individual departments or teams
- Leading department meetings and communicating due diligence and operational procedures with upper-management
- Identify and research potential opportunities
- Submit Bid Bond Requests for current bid opportunities.
- Solicit bid opportunity to vendors and subcontractors
- Attend meetings for bid opportunities as well as site visits to projects you are assigned too.
- Draft and compile Bid Proposals for bids
- Be involved with Estimating Team Day to Day Operations, help as needed
Requirements:
- Accredited bachelor's degree
- Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations.
- Understanding of the construction industry, project delivery and contract management.
- Handle business finances and plan the budget with the help of finance and accounting leaders and team members.
