About the Role:
As the New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the new vehicle sales department. You will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, set performance goals, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with the standards of BMW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the new car sales team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and vehicle merchandising
- Collaborate with marketing and management to execute campaigns and events
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners and stay up to date on brand programs
- Uphold a guest-first, luxury dealership experience at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven success in automotive sales management, preferably in a luxury brand setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations and inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze data, coach team members, and create a culture of accountability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
