BMW Genius/ Product Specialist

Responsibilities
- Greet customers when entering the dealership.
- Schedule appointments for Vehicle Encores.
- Give Vehicle Encore presentations/ demonstrations (Go over BMW technology & features).
- Provide technical support to customers in person or via phone.
- Perform product walk-arounds with customers.
- Coordinate electric car chargers (keep the level 2 chargers up to date & make sure electric vehicles are charged up).
- Act as social media coordinator/ create content (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube).
- Assist with vehicle check in off transporter.
- Assist with creating memorable deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Passion for cars and technology.
- Dealership experience preferred but not mandatory.
