We are a growing, mission-driven law firm looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will take ownership of cases from intake through resolution and play a key part in moving cases forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident managing a busy caseload while supporting attorneys and clients every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement or litigation
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
- Request, track, and review medical records and bills for completeness and accuracy
- Organize and analyze medical records, billing, and lien information
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Maintain case deadlines and ensure timely filings
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and document organization
- Support case strategy by organizing and analyzing key case information
- Provide general legal and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal required
- Strong understanding of personal injury case flow, litigation process, and deadlines
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and reliable work style
- Comfortable using standard office technology, such as Microsoft Office products and Adobe
- Experience with Litify is a plus
