Raeya Wellness is seeking a polished, emotionally intelligent Lead Concierge to lead front-of-house client experience.
This role sets the tone for our luxury wellness environment. The Concierge is responsible for client check-in and check-out, scheduling accuracy, retail support, membership education, and maintaining operational excellence at the front desk.
This is a salaried role with commission.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling and appointment flow with precision
• Educate clients on memberships and service enhancements
• Support retail sales and product recommendations
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and brand standards
• Communicate clearly with service providers and leadership
Qualifications:
• 2 years in hospitality, spa, or client-facing luxury service
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with sales and membership conversations
• Professional appearance and demeanor
Sales experience is required for this role.
