Raegan Ford Design is a rapidly growing, full-service national interior design firm dedicated to design excellence in Greek housing and the luxury residential market. We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator that will be responsible for procurement and managing the details of our client installations. We order hundreds of items monthly for projects across the country, and this role is a critical part of our growing team. As the Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with the design team and with vendors to ensure timely delivery and tracking of products and installation services. The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

·      Acquire pricing, availability, and product information from vendors.

·      Create, manage, and track purchase orders.

·      Input orders, update status, and manage project orders in Excel using our project management process.

·      Maintain records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.

·      Manage vendor accounts and maintain vendor relationships.

·      Work with vendors to coordinate on-time product repairs and replacements.

·      Generate project reporting for monthly profit projections and project reconciliation.

·      Proactively communicate status updates with management, the design team, and vendors.

·      Ensure all charges are accurately billed to the client.

·      Audit and match invoices.

·      Manage and coordinate shipping logistics: quotes, approvals, shipments, receiving, handling and ultimately delivery to the client.

·      Research, select, and coordinate project installation resources.

·      Coordinate travel arrangements for national project installations.

·      Work with design team and clients to coordinate a smooth and on-time project installation.

·      Perform cost analysis on different shipment options to ensure the most cost-effective deliveries.

·      Attend installations as needed, both local and national.

·      2 years of purchasing experience.

·      Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, and neat in all aspects of the job.

·      Works well under pressure; able to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficient in Excel.

·      Comfortable working independently to resolve problems and advocate for the client.

·      Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

·      Able to travel for local purchases when needed. Vehicle and valid driver’s license.
