Role Overview: The Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer to develop measurable campaign components and creative deliverables that support the online and print needs of RAE Corporation and its multiple manufacturing divisions. This role collaborates closely with the marketing team to produce effective, brand-aligned visuals for digital and print media, while maintaining strong communication and workflow processes across departments.

Creative Design and Production
- Provide design and production support for initiatives serving six (6) manufacturing and parts divisions within the refrigeration and cooling industry.
- Create, refine, and execute digital and print assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, advertising, and internal communications.
- Work within Adobe Creative Suite to develop designs consistent with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and workflow where appropriate.
Collaboration and Process Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams and departments to understand project needs and develop creative solutions.
- Help establish and follow structured design and production processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
- Support the Marketing Department’s workflow by managing time allocation and deliverables across RAE-focused marketing initiatives.
Quality and Compliance
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of all marketing materials.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Comply with all government regulations, laws, company policies, and company procedures.
Administrative and Departmental Support
- Participate in department meetings to align creative strategy with marketing and corporate objectives.
- Maintain organized files, templates, and project archives for future reference and brand continuity.
Desired Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of design experience preferred (portfolio required).
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel appropriate to professional experience.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or 3D modeling/motion graphics is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Certificates, Licenses, or Training:
- Adobe Creative Suite certification preferred.
Interaction with Others: Reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and other team members within the Marketing Department. This position interacts regularly with internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Production, to support communication and marketing objectives. Professionalism, kindness, and integrity are essential in all interactions, both internal and external.
Working Environment: This position operates in a hybrid work environment, allowing a blend of in-office work (Pryor or Tulsa) and remote flexibility. The role involves periods of focused design work and collaboration within a creative, deadline-driven atmosphere. Adherence to corporate goals, attendance policies, and project timelines is expected.

Working Environment: As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with the marketing team in our office environment. Our supportive work culture encourages collaboration and creativity, providing interns with valuable learning experiences.
Other Physical Requirements: Sustained use of eyesight for functions such as visual inspection, reading, measuring and operating hand tools, along with the ability to see objects and detect motion at wide angles (peripheral vision) in order to maintain employee safety, ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection), exposure to toxic chemicals. |
