Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (four-year college or university) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0-5 years of related experience. Knowledge of manufacturing methods used in HVAC&R. Skills: Ability to use Microsoft productivity software. Talented, highly motivated individual with good engineering judgment. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to guide and influence others. Must have basic computer skills. Basic electrical understanding is required. Ability to read and interpret Electrical code.

Answers to Director of Product Development. Must be able to accurately receive and understand instructions from supervisor to determine if further instruction is required before attempting to complete the task assigned. In constant communication with other departments (Sales, production, etc.).
