Financial Analyst

Rady Children's Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rady Children's Hospital and Health Center with just over 500 employees. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.

RCPMS seeks a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual for our Financial Analyst position located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA.

Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

·         Updates, maintains and creates standard financial reports

·         Coordinate and assist with annual budgets

·         Working knowledge of Epic databases

·         Facilitate process from report creation through management review of data

·         Provide relevant financial data for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting

·         Capability to identify trends through data analysis and report key findings to Manager

·         Compile and analyze health plan accounts receivables and collections

·         Interpret and provide appropriate analysis of reported data

·         Collect and analyze data to determine operational challenges and make recommendations to solve problems

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or related field

·         Two (2) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Healthcare experience preferred.

The reasonably expected starting hourly wage range for this position is $36.73-$41.63 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience.
