The Production Receiver is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes
- Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents
- Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments
- Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service
- Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks
- Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
- Average of 6 units per hour received
- Complete daily processing of all shipments
- Additional performance measurements may be added as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years of related experience or training preferred

- Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
