Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manages customer service, pick up and delivery of products, and promotes sales activities for a territory within a 150 mile radius of Branch office, states & sales areas covered is determined by Branch, Area Sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager.
- Works closely with ASM & RSM, and the local TAE’s for daily tasks and scheduling.
- Responds to requests, inquiries and complaints and ensures maximum good will from all transactions.
- As a member of the sales team, frequent interaction and building of relationships, will be required.
- maintains daily reporting through Rubbertree CRM tool for management, i.e., daily entries for every customer visited.
- Provides good company image.
- These responsibilities may be modified from time to time, as other duties may be assigned
- Know how to access Repair quotes, Return/Warranty RMA, & all quotes…in the system and communicate with appropriate ASM/ RSM

- How to follow a script/questionnaire to ask more questions on an incomplete repair description.
- Schedule travel days with ASM(s), TAE(s), and RSM.
- Observe how to interact face to face with customers.
- Learn to “Present” & explain Radwell brochures and marketing materials.
- Be trained on all sales tools, i.e., 1 am report, Open Order reports.
- Understand how to schedule a day/week, around delivery and pick-ups, and use GPS mapping to schedule calls in those particular areas to maximize efficiency.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong Computer proficiency
- Being able to multi-task and ability to work at fast pace

- Must be able to drive for extensive periods of time
- Requires driving at least 200 miles almost every day.
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 55 pounds and continuous lifting of up to10 pounds
- Frequent walking
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to Three years related experience and/or training
- Technical or Industrial product knowledge a plus
