Winder, Rewinder, Coil Winder — Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in electric motor shops, industrial repair facilities, refineries, mills, or plant environments repairing and rewinding AC/DC motors, generators, stators, rotors, and armatures.
We are seeking an experienced Motor Rewind Technician to repair and rewind industrial electric motors. Ideal candidates have experience with teardown, winding data, coil removal/installation, testing, and final assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Rewind AC/DC motors and generators
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild industrial motors
- Work with stators, rotors, armatures, bearings, and field coils
- Remove old windings, prepare cores, and install new coils
- Perform Megger, Hi-Pot, surge, and core loss testing
- Read schematics, work orders, and technical manuals
Requirements:
- Electric Motor Winder, Motor Rewinder, Coil Winder, or Armature Winder experience
- Hands-on AC/DC motor repair and rewinding experience
- Knowledge of motor shop equipment and testing procedures
- Strong mechanical ability
- Must own basic hand tools
Experience from electric motor shops, refineries, mills, plants, or industrial repair facilities preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.13 per hour
