Radnor Valley Country Club is seeking an energetic, service-driven Food & Beverage Floor Manager to join our leadership team. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional a la carte dining service and the successful execution of membership events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing service team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily a la carte dining operations and ensure high-quality service standards.
· Train, mentor, and support front-of-house service staff.
· Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming environment across all dining areas.
· Ensure member satisfaction.
· Ensure departmental cleanliness, organization, and adherence to club standards.
· Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager to improve service processes and enhance member satisfaction.
· Assist with staff communication and opening/closing procedures.
· Serve as primary on-floor point of contact for members during service periods.
· Receives and resolves feedback concerning food, beverage, and service.
· Comply with all health/safety regulations and liquor control board standards.
Qualifications:
· Previous hospitality or private club experience preferred; supervisory experience strongly valued.
· Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
·Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· RAMP certification a plus.
