Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator and become the backbone of our office operations! This is a full-time, on-site role based at our corporate headquarters in El Segundo, CA. You will manage administrative tasks such as providing customer quotations for product purchases, assist in customer communication and correspondence, and provide organizational and logistical support to enhance the efficiency of the sales and technical support teams. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with sales and marketing campaigns, managing the company’s promotional social media and trade show exhibit activities, and supporting the execution of sales initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer quotations for product purchases
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive communication
- Assist in customer communication and correspondence via email and phone
- Provide organizational and logistical support to enhance the efficiency of the sales and technical support teams
- Coordinate schedules for customer demos, on-site field support, surgical case support, technical troubleshooting and product installations
- Maintain customer and company records by coordinating between sales, support, engineering and finance teams
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, generating new business opportunities and sales initiatives and supporting existing customer base
- Manage the company’s promotional social media channels and trade show exhibit activities
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and well-versed in Organization Skills to manage schedules, documents, and logistics efficiently
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries, team coordination, and professional correspondence effectively
- Basic understanding of Sales, Technical and Support functions to support campaigns, develop promotional materials, and assist in sales strategies
- Self-motivated, detail orientated and highly organized
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years in an administrative position, sales or marketing role
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus
