Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
Incentive Pay: New Hire Bonuses

Overview: This outgoing and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the identification, attraction, and selection of exceptional talent to fulfill our internal needs with high-performing individuals who possess the core competencies needed to excel within Radley.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the full cycle recruitment process for various internal positions within the company
- Outside Sales, Account Management, Mid-Level Management, & Back-Office positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to better understand their recruitment needs and timelines
- Design and implement exciting recruitment initiatives to optimize all available platforms and attract top talent
- Proactively recruit passive candidates with creativity and outside the box thinking
- Take the time to understand our company’s culture, goals, values, and needs to provide high-performing individuals who will uphold our culture and values
- Manage all communications to keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
- Achieve hiring goals and recruitment targets for each open position
- Use skills assessment tools and behavioral interview questions to assess candidate fit
- Assist with onboarding new hires with preparation and presentation of offer letters
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming first 90 days for all new hires
- Ensure confidentiality and proper retention of employee and company records
- Be an excellent brand ambassador for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field experience preferred
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and best practices
- In-house corporate recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience proactively sourcing candidates from multiple sources
