Who We’re Looking For

When you join our company, you will help us as a Business Project Planner:

· Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key global accounts, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. This includes understanding customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and creating tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

· Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the global accounts, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers. Foster long-term partnerships by understanding their business goals, anticipating their needs, and providing innovative solutions.

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing global accounts, leveraging your industry knowledge and market insights. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to win new business.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including practice horizontals, marketing, and peers across business units, to ensure seamless customer experience.

· Revenue Growth and Performance Management: Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, engaging multiple buyers within the customer and diversifying service offerings. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on account activities, sales forecasts, and market trends.

· Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.

Business Project Planner (Houston Based): The Business Project Planner will work close with project's Business Leads, project professionals and sites teams. The focus will be to plan, schedule and oversee the execution of the site activities to locate equipment documents and validating equipment data. The professional will need to be able to organize working sessions to develop plans per prioritize sites, create the activity schedule for each site, create the RAID log for each site and develop reports to monitor. Once the plan is established, the professional will need to support the execution by establishing reoccurring meetings to gather updates on progress of the planned schedule, follow up on actions, issues, decisions, and update risk related to the work. This resource will need to be the glue to support the Business professionals to not overlook possible issues that would delay key milestones.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain project schedules using management tools.
• Structure activities, milestones, dependencies, and critical path, evaluating the impacts of changes.
• Perform capacity planning and resource leveling, proposing scenarios when necessary.
• Monitor work items with teams and consolidate status and deadlines.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks and mitigation recommendations.
• Generate Gantt charts and schedule reports for stakeholders and governance rituals.
• Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience in digital transformation programs/system implementation and use of tools such as Smartsheet and Azure DevOps for monitoring.
• PMP certification (or equivalent).

Requirements to be eligible:

• At least 3 years of experience in project scheduling, project coordination, or planning roles within professional services, industrial, engineering, or asset-intensive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Demonstrated experience building and managing detailed schedules across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Industry Knowledge.
