About the Role:

This position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio. 

Second Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm, available to train 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm 

Starting Rate: $21.00 Shift Differential 

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparation of materials, compounding, packaging, and testing of all silicone products. This includes weighing out all raw materials, operating the silicone mixer, extruder and milling machines.   It also requires knowledge of the compounding recipes and the ability to operate the Rheometer testing equipment as well as understanding the output from it.  The position requires repetitive motions, lifting and wearing the designated PPE, which includes a respiration apparatus that requires special testing and maintenance.

Responsibilities: 

• General housekeeping of all equipment and the floor in the assigned area.
• Keep accurate and detailed production records using various methods.
• Communicate clearly with other team members and supporting departments.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required to be successful in this role. 
• This role requires you to work in a manufacturing plant
• This role requires you to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR 10 years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience working in manufacturing is a plus 
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
