Radius Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated HR/Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania location. The HR/Recruiting Coordinator will support the full recruiting and hiring process, coordinate new-hire onboarding and paperwork, maintain employee records, and assist with day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and company leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Coordinate and support the company’s recruiting activities and hiring process.
- Post and maintain job openings on appropriate job boards, recruiting platforms, company websites, and social media outlets.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and school career fairs
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, drug screening, and other applicable requirements.
- Maintain accurate applicants and recruiting records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources, schools, technical programs, career centers, and other talent pipelines as appropriate.
- Manage recruiting strategies and sourcing initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute new-hire paperwork and onboarding materials.
- Schedule and coordinate new-hire orientation.
- Work with managers to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, tools, technology, access, uniforms, identification, and other resources required for their position.
- Coordinate communication between HR, management, IT, payroll, and other departments regarding new hires.
- Follow up with new employees and managers to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and complete onboarding records.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Help promote a positive, professional, and respectful workplace environment.
- Other duties as deemed necessary
SKILLS/EDUCATION.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in human resources recruiting, administrative support, or a related field recommended.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to learn and effectively use HR company systems.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with employees, candidates, managers, and outside contacts.
Salary : $53,000 - $65,000
