Responsibilities –
- Handle all of the daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receivables, payables, deposits, etc.
- Primary point of contact (POC) for customers and vendors regarding financial questions
- Maintain customer and vendor files

To be the Bookkeeper/ Office Coordinator at Radius, you need to be a motivated, self-starter with a comfort level with computers. You’re fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks. .
Ideally, you have these qualities:
- Associates degree or comparable work experience
- Prior bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing environment
- You are well-organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- You are articulate in your speech and precise in your writing
- You are a self-starter, willing to take responsibility for getting things done
- Above all, you are a team player, willing to pitch in where needed for the greater good
