Radius International is growing and moving to Station Landing next to Assembly Row and train station! Radius International is a profitable company established in 2007. We are a mid-size international logistics, freight forwarder and NVOCC provider who specializes in overseas shipping. Our main goal is to make sure our customers are always informed of where their shipments are from, Origin to Final Destination. Radius International has a network which consists of our own offices and partners in every country in the world. Coordinate air/ocean import shipments end-to-end
Manage data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Foster customer relations, work directly with customers on quoting rates, booking entries, etc
Maintain open line of communication with international agency network
Use strong problem resolution skills to provide an elite level of customer care
