In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our financial and operational records. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional service
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette
- Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management review
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Document all activities accurately in shift reports, incident logs, and financial records to ensure compliance and accountability
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or hotel guest services is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Familiarity with guest relations practices within a hotel environments is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
