Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Supervise and insure completion of all duties of Front Desk Agents
  • Confirm credit and payment method at check in, and full payment at check out.
  • Provide list of "due outs" to Housekeeping.
  • Log all requests and confirm completion.
  • Maintain key control.
  • Maintain Front Desk log book.
  • Review PMS inventory and House Count for availability and rates.
  • Maintain and market special guest programs.
  • Balance and prepare individual paper work for closing of shift.
  • Balance bank daily.
  • Perform all duties of Front Desk Agent.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized reservation systems and phone systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour
