Join our dynamic team as an Evening Housekeeping Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces during evening hours. Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness, contributing to their memorable stay. Your Schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm and Friday and Saturday from 3:00pm till 11:00pm

Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces are tidy, well-maintained, and inviting for guests.
• Handle janitorial responsibilities with efficiency by managing waste disposal, restocking amenities, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Use industrial cleaning tools and supplies effectively to deliver deep cleaning when necessary.
• Support housekeeping management by adhering to established procedures and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols related to custodial work.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention or improvement.
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
