📍 Deerfield Beach, FL | 🕒 Full-Time
Are you an experienced CADD professional with a background in land surveying? Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality survey mapping and drafting services for a variety of projects throughout South Florida.
What You'll Do
- Prepare survey plats and maps, including:
- Boundary Surveys
- Topographic Surveys
- As-Built Surveys
- Utility Route Surveys
- Process data collected by survey crews
- Prepare and maintain CAD files
- Perform construction staking calculations
- Manage assigned projects and meet project deadlines
- Participate in occasional field work as needed
- Collaborate with team members while working independently on assigned tasks
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 3 years of surveying-related experience
✅ Proficiency with the latest version of AutoCAD Civil 3D
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision
