Your Responsibilities:

You’ll be trained to operate our extrusion machines and help maintain high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn valuable skills while contributing to the team:

• Set up and operate extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Safely operate tow motors to load materials and support production.
• Ensure quality control and production accuracy.
• Use basic math skills to manage weights, measures, and production data.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate records and optimize efficiency.
• Data entry into computers

What We're Looking For:

• No experience necessary – We’ll provide all the training you need. However, a background in extrusion is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• SAP experience a plus
• A team player with great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a stable, long-term role.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Standing on concrete floors for up to 8 hours.
• Walking, bending, pulling, pushing, and climbing stairs.

Join our 2nd shift Team the hours worked are 2pm - 10pm. Training will also take place from 2pm-10pm on this shift.
