Radici Plastics is currently seeking a Blending/Drying Operator in our powder room for day shift (6am-2pm). We are a global family-owned manufacturing company that is looking for someone with material handling or manufacturing experience to learn to be a blending operator. This position entails mixing raw materials into finished goods or intermediates. This position will be primarily in our powder room. Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to drive a tow motor (required)
- Must be a team player with the ability to communicate with others
- Self-motivated to learn

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work accurately and log documentation
- Follow a daily schedule of priorities
- Help prevent product contamination
- Proper material handling and storage
- Move materials within inventory system following FIFO guidelines
- Follow all safety protocols within the facility.
- Follow work instructions and perform them per procedure
- Correctly label material for the computer system
