Digital Marketing and Graphics Associate

Please note: This is NOT a remote position!

Radical Cosmetics is seeking for a successful marketing and graphics professional who can perform the following Duties:

· Market research to identify target audience.

· Develop and implement a successful marketing campaign.

· Working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by setting deadlines and adjusting throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.

Responsibilities:

· Building brand awareness and social media presence

· Planning sales and advertising campaigns

· Collecting and analyzing market research data

· Identifying potential markets and testing them

· Working within various multimedia outlets to promote a product.

· Design of ad layouts

· Developing and following a marketing schedule

· Performing the tasks required to meet overall marketing strategies.

· Identifying potential customers

· Organizing focus groups for clients and companies

· Monitoring market trends

· Developing pricing strategies and targeting strategies based on demographic data.

· Working with the company to develop more awareness of what they offer.

· Developing media plans, including advertising, public relations, email marketing, sales promotion, social media engagement and creative writing.

· Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.

Experience and Qualifications:

· Associates Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

· Minimum 2-years marketing / graphics experience

· Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and all Social Media Platforms

· Project Management

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Able to multitask.

· Strong Organizational skills

· Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Responsible and dependable

· Experience in the Cosmetics/personal care industry desired but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
