📅 Duration: 10-Month Contract
We are seeking dependable and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support classroom instruction and maintain a positive learning environment in a school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor's degree who are passionate about education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Follow teacher lesson plans and classroom schedules
✅ Assume responsibilities of the classroom teacher or educational assistant
✅ Supervise students and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
✅ Support school operations, including lunchroom, bus, hall, and other assigned duties
✅ Maintain classroom routines and instructional continuity
✅ Follow school emergency procedures and student health protocols
✅ Report significant student discipline concerns to school administrators
✅ Protect student confidentiality and adhere to school policies
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree or higher (Non-Certified) preferred
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Two years of college coursework preferred
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Ability to work effectively with students and school staff
✔ Commitment to maintaining a professional and supportive educational environment
