We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Specialist to support tax administration, compliance, audits, investigations, and revenue collection activities. This role involves conducting research, analyzing financial and tax records, resolving complex taxpayer issues, maintaining case documentation, and supporting audit and investigative efforts.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Research and resolve complex taxpayer account issues
✅ Analyze tax returns, payments, and financial documents
✅ Conduct audit procedures and compliance reviews
✅ Investigate non-filers and underreported tax liabilities
✅ Maintain assessment and collection records
✅ Prepare and review confidential taxpayer documentation
✅ Support investigations and enforcement activities
Qualifications
✔ Experience in tax administration, auditing, compliance, accounting, finance, or revenue operations
✔ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience reviewing financial records and documentation
✔ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
