We are seeking a motivated Product Scientist to support innovation, product development, and quality improvement initiatives within a fast-paced consumer products environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong technical foundation in food science, engineering, or related disciplines who are eager to contribute to the development of market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support product innovation, renovation, and continuous improvement projects
✅ Develop and evaluate benchtop samples to support product development activities
✅ Assist with ingredient and sample shipping, receiving, and inventory management
✅ Participate in cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges
✅ Analyze technical data, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations
✅ Develop and maintain process specifications to ensure consistent product quality across manufacturing facilities
✅ Support quality improvement initiatives, business continuity planning (BCP), margin enhancement projects, and manufacturing performance improvements
✅ Document findings and communicate technical information effectively through reports and presentations
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
✔ 1–3 years of experience in food, consumer products, manufacturing, or a related field
✔ Strong technical aptitude with a passion for product development and innovation
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Experience interpreting technical data and drawing meaningful conclusions
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of food science, product development, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
